Started with The Conti Corporation as an Apprentice Plumber in 1986. Registered
Master Plumber and Hydronics, HVAC, Refrigeration Licenses with the State of Ohio and
many local municipalities. Served as President of Local Plumbing, Heating and Cooling
Contractors of Ohio and Member of State Advisory Board.

Anita Carano has been with the company since 2008. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a
Bachelor of Science in Education from Youngstown State University. She has more than
30 years experience in the engineering/construction industry as a Construction Analyst,
Tenant Coordinator and Project Coordinator for a major shopping center developer and
for various general contracting companies.
